subdirectory_arrow_right

“I am running because Chino continues to grow, and decisions made today will affect our neighborhoods and quality of life for many years. I want to bring my experience in public service, engineering, project management, education, and community involvement to City decision-making — to help Chino capture the benefits of growth, manage its impacts, and raise our standard of quality of life.”

Q

What is your approach to fiscal responsibility?

subdirectory_arrow_right

“I would ask: What problem are we solving? What will it cost? Where is the funding coming from? What is the schedule? What was actually delivered? Did residents receive the expected result?”

Q

How will residents know whether progress is being made?

“Measure. Report. Improve. Every Year. At the beginning of a term, understand where we are; during the term, measure progress; at the end, compare planned with delivered.”
